Projects

Currently Active Projects:

All donations will go to a currently active project until it is fully accomplished.

Currently, we have exceeded our fundraising goal to acquire the Squeeze Me device!  We have about $2,000 remaining.  The Olmsted Falls ECC is waiting to hear back on a grant in the next couple weeks for their sensory room.  If it comes through, we will look at another initiative.  If it does not, we will make additional contributions to the room per the request of the school.  We will keep you updated here!

Squeeze Me! - Olmsted Falls Early Childhood Center:  Nearly all children with Autism face some level of Sensory Processing Disorder.  Helping kids find healthy, and safe, ways to satisfy their sensory system through deep pressure helps them to focus on other skills like socialization.  Click here for more details.

iPads! - We are constantly seeking iPads to distribute among the education sector of the autism community. The iPad has proven to be an amazing communication tool for individuals on the autism spectrum.

Completed Projects:

iPad's for the Early Childhood Center Apple Room: Located in Olmsted Falls Ohio, the Apple Room is comprised of 8 children ages 3 to 5 who have been diagnosed with Autism.  Our mission in this project is to donate 7 iPads (they already have one), 7 Otterbox cases, and a secure charging station.  The cost of this project is $3,400.

UPDATE:  8/19/13 - This project is now fully funded!
